Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the images.
Furthermore contained in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend labelling various parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.
